Hello! I just purchased a Fiat 500C 3 weeks ago (love it, by the way!) and downloaded/installed EcoDrive. After 5 days, I retrieved the data and it seemed to want to work but...
For some reason, I had put the wrong car colour at the beginning and didn't notice I could edit so I created a new car, deleted the first one, reformatted everything. It's now been over a week, the EcoDrive on message shows up, there is data transfer when I put my thumbdrive into my computer yet the EcoDrive program says I still need to collect 5 days of data. My data file (within the iFiat folder) is empty. I looked and looked but can't seem to find this data anywhere on my PC. Could anyone help me with this? What is the file extension of the saved data, maybe that could help. There is only 1 car registered and only 1 driver and the thumbdrive has been in the car at all times, so there should be plenty of data.
Thanks!

Hi again.
I had seen that post but couldn't see that on my computer at all. Now, with the help of my geek hubby, we unlocked the access that dear old Windows 7 had blocked.
I can now see that folder and that my data seems to be there. The EcoDrive program, though, isn't going there to read it. Should I move the information into the iFiat folder? Or how else could I manage to get the EcoDrive program to import this information and finally create my driving profile.
Thanks so much for your help so far! I'm so close to success I can taste it!

I think your problem may be that you have the old car id on the flash drive.. that will confuse eco:drive (especially as it'll see it as the same car by its internal id)

Open up the flash drive (in my computer) and delete the whole iFiat folder.. then log into eco:drive in the new profile and choose the Set Up USB option at the top.. this should reconfigure the usb again.. now go and use that in the car.. that should then start logging data to the correct profile.

(youll lose anything logged on the flash.. but since its not getting logged anyways it wont matter)
