Hi, I know spares are a nightmare at the moment, but can anyone point me in the direction of a possible supplier of con rods for my 1.9 engine.

Is this the XUD9 engine (1905 cc) ?

If so, this was fitted to quite a variety of Peugeot and Citroen cars and vans. Not sure if all variants used the same con rods, but it's quite possible. Used rods from a breaker would be a possibility, plus a new set of shells.

Bit unusual to need rods unless your vehicle has been driven through a flood !

I never heard of new rods being required unless the engine was driven into a river or lake. Are they bent?
