Ducato 2.2 2010 warm engine problem

Hi
Cold engine starts good but cuts rpm as seen on the video

The spec fuel pressure is at the top, and the pressure is measured at the bottom.

After few minutes the engine stops and cannot be started (measured rail pressure is 200-300 bar when turning with a starter) , only after a few hours the engine starts as before.

replaced fuel filter, new spark plugs and camshaft position sensor under the fuel rail, but still the same.
I tried the injection and scv valve adaptation, but it is not finished due to the engine stopping during the adaptation. EGR valve is broken
Faults:
p1304- injector adaptation not finished
p1306- hpfp pump adaptation not finished
p0405- egr position fault

I Found a damaged shaft sensor plug wire.
the sensor signal looks like this. 3V peak
Now the engine doesnt start

Crank rpm / position sensor failing when hot is a typical symptom of a bad crank shaft sensor. Very very unusual to get a bad crank sensor code even with a bad sensor.
Consider just replacing the crank sensor.

As above first thing I would do is change the crank sensor, very common problem, as said previously often no code and the couple of hours wait to start is usual with it.

Crank sensor works fine
I mistook the polarity, when soldering the plug
