Hi, I've got a problem with air conditioning compressor so I took of the strap. It didn't work and it made a lot of noise.
I've made at least 1500 kms without any problem but , a few days ago, the engine cooling fans began to work a few seconds after starting. Now it's like that.Just when I start, the cooling fans start also .
The temperature is ok.It always goes on 90°C .I don't see anything wrong except the cooling fans are always working.
I think they can brake .
The air conditioning is off, of course.
Has anybody an idea of what' s happening?
Maybe the problem is only a coincidence with air conditioning or not.
Any help is appreciated.Thanks.

I’m not familiar with the Ducato, but it sounds like a faulty temperature sensor.

Well...I've tried to disconnect the temperature sensor to see if the fans will stop but they go on doing the same.Perhaps the thing is replacing the sensor...

Well...in the end,I've replaced thair conditioning compressor.I've charged the gas and now the cooling fans only start when I put the air and they stop a little after turning the air off.
It' s obvious the failure is related with something in the air conditioning electric circuit.
I suppose a pressure sensor.
It'll be a good help knowing what it is
