I have a great old motorhome, a 1991 Highwayman on a Fiat Ducato chassis with a 2.0 petrol engine. I have a problem with a waterpipe that comes out of the engine, as you look at it, it is the small one to the right, with a couple of pipes and a sensor attached. This started leaking some time ago and a new pipe had to be manufactured as the old one had corroded. This manufactured pipe has lasted 6 months and the leak is back. Apparently there was a lot of corrosion where the pipe goes into the engine.
My question is; is this a common problem, is it a difficult one to fix and can one get a spare pipe or fitting or does one have to be made up?
