I have installed all new breaks and can´t get my hand break to work. I pull as hard as i can, but the breaks are not good at all and the car is rolling even if it’s almost level ground.

We have checked the brake pads installation again and everything sees fine. The adjustment of the cable is tightening as much as possible and could at this time without braking all the time.

What’s is wrong? Have anyone else the same problems?

I assume you have checked the adjustment of the handbrake 'top hat' brake shoes? It is important that the handbrake is adjusted correctly.

The handbrake has its own separate shoes (drum type brake). It does not use the disc pads. So replacing the disc pads should not affect handbrake operation.

The video clips for a 244 chassis too !and you slacken off the shoes before you pull disc off to prevent damage to brake components on a 250 the adjusters are not at the top 12 o clock position
