My 2007 2.2 is due for an oil change, she's now done 96,000miles bless her, never let me down.
I am going to be doing several runs down to the south of France soon so was looking for a decent oil that will be good for an 8-10 hour non stop run.

Recommendations please guys

I have always understood that it was cold starts, and not long runs that caused most engine wear. So no specific recommendations, but you may wish to consider a slightly higher viscosity.

Inline with generally perceived wisdom, perhaps the driver will need a few breaks?
