I am start getting fed up of cleaning the EGR for the third time in three years because my engine is running on heavy smoke out of exhaust it is a completely clot EGR system, the valve is stick it gives out a error code. I am wonder if I disconnect air vacuum pipe from EGR to stop use again? any light will come on Ducato 2.3 120bhp 2010? would I have to install a blank to prevent my fourth time to cleaning EGR next time?

Also I may sound a bit dumb question where is the glow plugs relay?

I have a P0670 Glow Plug Control Module Circuit Fault

Hi

The glow plug control module (it's more than just a relay) is mounted in the engine bay on the nearside inner wheel arch for right hand drive, so on the Right as you look at the engine. It looks like a black rectangular box, with a single fixing at the top and a multiway connector and wires at the bottom. It's just possible to get at it with slender hands, but taking out the nearside headlamp gives more room.

It individually monitors the current drawn by the 4 glow plugs (about 10 amps each), and throws a warning if any are outside limits. So a bad connection can be enough to reduce current and flag an error even if the glow plug is OK.
