hello to everyone , ive got a poorly ducato , it all started back at easter when heading up the m6 whilst the cruise control was on I noticed a jerk in the drive when fuel was off , strange to normal , as I approached the next junction the car had no power then appeared to have too much and ran generally rough, I arrived at the campsite it didnt idle as normal . I left I o nite and tried again the next day much the same so decided to head home , it has been to 2 garages for quite some time both think it has injector problems but neither will 100% guarantee this diagnosis , one fitted a throttle body which has made it worse has anyone had or experianced anythin like this im loathed to go through all the expense

Try a leak off test

I would have thought fluctuations in fuel rail pressures would have caused difficulty in starting through to engine cutting out when driving. Boost sensor much the same. Crank sensor cutting as it heats up.
Could be air in fuel. Or more to point EGR blocking/sticking. Throttle body seems a good answer but why does it not work, does it need tuned to ECU.

apparently the chap who replaced the throttle body wrote on his report reqs injectors testing also poss ecu , when I drove it home it drove worse than before it was fitted
