Hi,
Some notes for future ref'.

While doing a oil and filter change and having a look around I noticed the Aircon belt lying in the engine undercover then remembered the other half saying she heard a rattle last time she drove it the end of June, which I dismissed as one does.
So cover off, 10mm top fixing sheared, use zip tie on refitting.
After searching the Web etc for a belt idler pulley, settled for a GTKT36607, correct diameter and width, from a local factor because I wanted it the same day.
Trial fitting indicated the top hat collar spacer needed to be used from the original to ensure the idler was aligned correctly with the belt.
Refitted, run up the engine to settle the belt then tension adjusted so the long belt run could be twisted ninety degrees with some effort. Restart engine, switch on Aircon, clutch engages, no squeal so assume got it right.

All done with vehicle on the ground.
Photo of the pulley attached. I did notice that the threaded bolt had not been adjusted correctly in the past as there was a gap between the end and the fitting on the engine, so was probably too tight.
