Anyone who has travelled as a passenger in a RHD X250 Ducato will have noticed the unswept "triangle" left by the wipers at the top corner of the windscreen. Many motorhomes have swivel seat bases, giving a higher seating position, which means the passenger is trying to peer out through the raindrops - not much fun !
I have found a partial solution, which is to replace the standard 22 inch blade with a 24 inch one on the passenger side. I used a Bosch Aerotwin AP24U. This is 1 inch longer at both top and bottom so noticeably reduces the size of the unswept area. I am pleased to report that the blade does not overlap the edge of the glass at any point in its travel, and the passenger and driver's blades do not clash.
