General x250 sliding door parts advice

Hi all
i recently bought a ducato x250 61 plate 2.2 diesel, to convert into a camper van

the sliding door has the outside handle, with 3 cables attached to release relevant latches, however
the internal mechanism and release lever were missing, which i have duly trawled ebay and purchased them at a reasonable £20 instead of £84 from fiat.

my problem is,
i am missing the cables to attach the internal mech to any relelvant latches, fiat tell me they are only available when buying the internal and external handles as 1 cable comes with each, at a cost of £230

anyone know where i could get aftermarket version of the cables, or details of length, end connector shape etc.. as i cant find any blown diagrams on the internet.

What I would do, for simplicity, would be to buy a complete bashed door from a scrappy and strip out all the bits you want.

Never ceases to amaze me the price of individual bits. To buy a vehicle in bits must cost about 6 times as much.

There was a while lads were buying new motorcycles and stripping them for parts, and making a fortune.
