(T) Fiat Ducato 2017 TomTom maps Northern / Sourthern Hemisphere

Hi, I've recently imported a new Fiat Ducato (2017 model) motorhome to New Zealand from England and I've been told that, due to the Europe/Nth Hemisphere build of the navigation system that I cannot get NZ maps for it. This seems ridiculous to me and I've had no luck even getting a response from TomTom themselves. Does anyone know how I can overcome this difficulty?

I was told that there is someone in Australia who can fix this but do not know who or how to make contact.

Hi Purvie1. I was at Manta a Fiat agent in Adelaide in 2016, and they were upgrading the maps from northern to southern hemisphere. I do not know if they were successful.
