Technical Oil leak top of Rocker box

Hi there folks
I have a Ducato Mclouis Lagan 253 1998cc Diesel which has developed an oil leak
It looked like seal of box but no - Its the pipe that connects to the top of the box LHS that is leaking
Is this an easy fix that I could do knowing that there is a Black elec block fitted in front of it pls guys thnx

What year? Are you talking about the pcv hose? A picture speaks 1000 words.

Yes spot on! It is the PCV hose which feeds into top of rocker box LHS secured by a Butterfly clip which may not be man enough anymore
I am trying to add another srew type circular clip but dont know if there is enough metal tubing to grip onto yet
Its a 2006 Fiat Ducato 1998cc diesel
