Hi.
The turn signal lever on my 2012 X250 is to sensitive. Its hardly impossible to switch high/low beam without turning on the right hand turn signal ( 5 blinks). The switch mechanism inside the switch is way to sensitive, needing only a few mm movement on the lever to turn on either side turn signal.

I also heard of cars turning on the turn signal by themselve, probably caused by the same switch mechanism.

Has anyone managed to fix this without changing the complete steering column multi switch? Is there an improvement on this on later models? Is the 5-blink function possible to switch off eg, by OBD programming or coding?

Also have the same problem with a Fiat X 290
Way too sensitive and when you go to correct it goes in the opposite direction
