Technical Clutch DMF or not?

Evening, i have a 2001 2.8 Ducato, the clutch is a bit noisy when l release the pedal in neutral or slows speeds 1st and 2nd gear. It also has developed a judder when in 3rd 4th or 5th between 40mph and 55mph, if i go above this is doesn't judder, likewise when i pull away it doesn't judder. After doing some research it appears i may need a new clutch? anyone know?

After looking online i can see clutch kits but no dual mass flywheel, does mine have a DMF or not?

Has anyone else experienced these symptoms?
