Hi!

I have a strange problem with my motor-home, its based on a Ducato 2.8 JTD 2004.
I bought it 2 years ago and it worked perfectly.
I then made a service (cambelt, oil filters etc.) and sometime after that it lost power.
I had no problem crusing in 110km/h, now I hardly get upp to 100km/h.
It runs smooth, it just lacks power.

Cambelt is correct fitted (checkt 4 times by me and workshop).
Turbo pressure is according to spec.
Fuel-rail pressure is ok (i have fitted a new sensor just in case).
No leakage in hoses or intercooler.
No fault codes.

I left it at a local Bosch specialist and they couldn't find the problem...

Any ideas??

Did bosch test the injectors on the bench? Anyone do a compression test?

EGR is a good idea if it has one, most of them don't although sweden might have the electric intake heater for the colder climate and they came with egr.

I think it will have one fitted

No it doesn't have any EGR valve.
The only test they did on the injectors was the leak test, and it was ok.

No I haven't made any compression test yet, but it starts fin in -15C without any heating, no misfire or so.

Maybe I should take out the injectors and have them tested?!
