I may be thick but for the life of me I can't get my 2015 Ducato 2.3 to display the odo reading, scrolling through all I can get is trip A and Trip B when I leave it a minute it defaults to the date and time, any ideas.

The trip A did work as it was 97.4 miles home and I have zeroed it now but what I think is the ODO reads 0

Thanks guys, I am not having much luck, its a brand new Motorhome picked up on Saturday Morning and its looking like it needs the roof repairing as well.

My old 1997 Ducato never gave me any issues whatsoever.

I'm not sure but it's possible it's still in PDI or showroom mode or whatever they call it, dealer will need to plug in they're systems and reset it as having PDI done, or its faulty which is highly possible too

That did cross my mind actually but I thought no as the dealer could abuse that, I bought my van fro a show 100 miles from the dealer so he could well have driven it there
and back making a total of at least 300 miles, and how do I know that this was the only show it has attended, there must be some legal wrangle there I am sure.

I get a feeling as another chap who had an issue with the glowing warning lights (faulty instrument cluster) he thought his was under warranty still but was registered to the conversion company not him so it was out of warranty before it was 2/3 yrs old,
Reckon there's a potential large grey area, as I'm pretty sure these conversion companies take the base vehicles direct from import centres, so it's up to them I guess to carry out a proper PDI etc and make sure it is done, and warranty or balance of warranty info passed on,

Your suggestion that it was a show vehicle and if he knew it was destined to be a show vehicle then quite possible he left it in showroom mode to save quite a few ££££'s

But also could be a simple error or faulty unit

Either way it may need to go back to supplier or main dealer
