My Cig lghters packed up in the van, Not the High Wattage one on the right of Ashtray but the normal one on the left Tried popping it out but won't come due to fuse on back. So how do I get into the back ? tried takin ashray out but seems to be fixed in, thought it would just slide out. HELP PLEASE...

now you've got 5 posts you can post pictures..,
but the Ducato section would probably a better place for such model specific issues,

What year of Ducato do you have?
