Technical P0638 fault

Hi,everybody.
I have ducato 2.3 multijet and have my engine check lamp came on.
I have check with obd diagnostic tool and it says fault P0638 Throttle Actuator Control Range/Performance bank1.
Can somebody explain to me what this mean and where is the location of Throttle Actuator motor?
