General rough running

just aquired a 2.0 jtd ducato a couple of days ago ,been running very nicley
put some fuel in went for a 50 mile run and about half way started to run rough and lack power to the point its hard to pull away unless you rev it hard ,feels like misfire , also seems to be a lot of movement in driverside top engine mount or is this because engine is running out of synch.

Hi. Sounds like EGR valve very common problem, easiest way to tell is to blank it off and see what happens do a search for EGR plenty of how to on this site.
