Hi Everyone i have two 2012 Ducato cab chassis the problems im having is one of the cab chassis has the loom for the back lights coming to the end of the chassis where i wired my lights in with no problem... when i went to wire in the other cab chassis i found the loom is stopped half way down the chassis and puts out no power to any lights at all .... it also has a second plug with two bigger wires + and - ... i have tried testing this loom with a 10w blub and still does not turn on any power .... have fiat changed the wiring loom ???? how do i fix this problem ???? help please :mad:

This sounds like the cambus system where all functions are multiplexed down two cables. If so then a decoding unit (body computer?) needs to be plugged in and the power supplies to the various lighting circuits taken from this.

It would be worth checking if your other chassis cab with the full loom already has this unit fitted halfway down the chassis as it would be remarkable if two vehicles of similar age were wired up differently.

Maybe the other decoding unit was 'borrowed' :eek:. As the vehicle is newish could you get it replaced under warranty?
