Here is a link to the Ducato WSM Manual in Slovakian, which some nice person has scanned to a PDF. It says it covers models from 83 to 94? & various engines but seems to have pictures of the 230/244 body style as well as 2.8 engines in it with lots of diagrams so I'm not sure about the covering just up to the 94 bit but still might be useful even if you can't read Slovak.

I like others have spent many an hour looking on the net for the eLearn or the DTE version of the Ducato X230 model WSM to no avail. The DTE 94-02 version that you attempted to download was basically the 02-06 Ducato with the JTD common rail engines but in the older DTE format as can be seen from the pictures in post #8 in this thread by Davern. It covered the same X244 version as the 02-06 eLearn that is up on the site so Davern took it down to stop confusion.
I am sure there was a "eLearn" version of the 230 model as I had seen it listed on Fiats Technical Website but as of a few years ago the eLearn Workshop & ePer Parts manuals are now supplied to Fiat dealers on a keyLearn "USB" stick (with no doubt copy protection installed unlike the CD & DVDs used earlier)
If you can read German then you may be lucky as during my searches I found two scanned PDF manuals of the X230 model but both are not in English, one I was told was written in German & as for the other I don't know what language it is written in? The first is 220MB in size & covers Ducato 2.5/TD,2.8/TD?TDi & Citroen Jumper 2.0,2,8 & Peugeot 2.0,2.8 TDi,HDi.
So I will upload it to Filefactory & put the link up -

With no English X230 manual the info for the 2.8/TD/TDi engine may be got from the Iveco daily models of the same vintage. I might put that up as well later with a link also.

Searching for Ducato information I came across the following Italian site if anybody else hasn't found already it has download links to various manuals including an original Fiat paper version of the early 93/94 X230 Ducato in PDF (in Italian, Vol 1) which has lots of Diagrams/Pictures which considering the lack of English versions is better than nothing, X230 & 280 Owners manual (not English) unfortunately nothing if anything appears to be in English.
The links at the top of the page lead to more info on the X230 instruments modes/repairs ? among other things, the Ducato/Citroen/Peugeot 94-02 manual is the same manual in German that is in Post #60 in this thread. It also has wiring diagrams for 91 Ducato & stuff on the early Ducato etc
It should be of use to anybody that can read Italian or otherwise!

I have the manual for the x244, that runs from a virtual drive OK.

Ignore the Front cover pic it, might be a bit disjointed in a few places as it has been translated to an English PDF from a German paper version, there is a PDF version from Slovakia about as well if you can read that.
