Hello everybody
I am looking for a lens for the nearside rear light cluster for the above vehicle. It contains the reversing sector. I have found that the later lenses, although the same size, have the reversing sector on the offside position. I suppose a total modification would be possible but I would prefer to find the 1991 lens if possible.

Have you tried speaking to Ash at swift, or you could also try swift-talk.co.uk. I've completely stripped and rebuilt my 1989 kontiki and it would be very difficult to change the reverse light from the near side to the offside. Assuming yours has the same fibre glass backing that the 1989 has. The wiring comes from underneath the rear of the motorhome and then back up under the back seats and then into the rear. I may still have a photo of my rear light clusters and assuming they used the same wiring colour you could try extending the wire from underneath the rear nearside to the offside and go up the back of the fibreglass and into the cluster but it would be a real pig of a job. Is your lense cap broken? as you may want to look at getting it repaired or alternatevely getting a seperate fixed reversing light. Let me know if your still looking for the part or need advice or the photo of the cluster as I may still have the pics and contacts that i've used in the past.
