Hi hoping someone can help me by pointing me in the right direction to get one of the above. Have been looking for ages and am getting nowhere. My mother bought this vehicle as a motorhome and was ripped off, the engine has been practically been rebuilt and she only needs this part now. If anyone can help I would be extremely grateful

Thank you.

Hi Thanks for the advice, had a look at the website, no parts for the van at all. Have gone back to the original manufacturer of the part, they don't make it any more. Really stumped to be honest now.:bang:

I checked the actual fiat part number and it cross referenced to DP1011 I would try and call them.

Hi rang them but the part is obsolete! They couldn't help with an alternative supplier either
Would you have any other ideas please? :)

Hi

Thanks to everybody for their advice. I did buy the part on Ebay and it fitted perfectly! This is a great forum and everybody that takes the time to help those of us in need deserves recognition for their efforts. (y):D

I know this thread is a bit ancient but I believe I'm looking for the same part as Witty Wanda was back in 2011. I thought I'd found one identical to mine on DucatoMarket.com.au. That's in Ukraine but they don't deliver outside the boundaries of Ukraine so that's a dead end. They haven't been made for several years so my only hope is to find a used part.

Mine is also Fiat Ducato Mk1 Platform/ Chassis 1.9TD 1992 & 31 years old next month. I'd hate to have to scrap it for the sake of a camshaft/camshaft pulley/gear . Does anyone know where I might find one for a Fiat Ducato 1.9 D/TD 7597152 according to Fiat partfinder. 50 tooth.
I'd appreciate any suggestions of places to look. I've done all the obvious ones in UK & now we are out of EU many traders won't send parts to UK.

These pages will help give you specific part numbers

V5 Logbook should help with engine code and body style

Click the menu on top of ePER page to go to previous year models if necessary

RH side shows part number and later revised numbers

Google and Ebay might discover it is used in Cars of that era too

Do let us know what you find :)

Have you got the actual FIAT part number?

Is yours worn - Damaged??
The only number I have from Fiat Partfinder is 46439840 & another listed as compatible 7597152 so I've been searching on both numbers. My one that is fitted is worn as it hasn't been running true apparently & has been rubbing on the engine block. (Photo above is the original pulley which had chips of metal missing from it & was replaced in 2017 with a donated part from another Ducato 1.9TD. My garage (old school mechanics in Scotland) was replacing the alternator in February & heard a strange noise so investigated. I've been searching ever since.

I can't get into the ePer link at all.Remember having the same problem when I first joined in 2018. I've attached a photo in reply above from JK Towers who gave me the part numbers to look for. Item 12 is what I need (just called a driven gear here) (M2 for a 1992 1.9 turbo Diesel engine.) I've confirmed the engine type & code as below on makers plate.

Just a note I'm not sure of the correct name of the part. Everyone seems to use a different name for it. Fiat calls it a driven gear, I bought a crank pulley in 2018, my garage uses the same name but others call it a camshaft pulley so I don't know which name to use in a search.

The part in the diagram fiat calls driven gear is what we call camshaft pulley.
It is the pulley that is bolted to the camshaft that turns the cam shaft.

What :where :)

Possibility you can have it re.sleeved
To be a good fit and run true again??

You could try one or more of those online sites that sends what're details what you are looking for to numerous vehicle dismantlers/breakers for you.
I think The part you are looking for was used up until 2002 so more of a chance

Ah after rereading the posts....

@Lollysmum

Needs to contact her garage and make 100% sure which pulley is required this time ,
either another camshaft pulley same as her picture of first one that failed and previously replaced,
Or the crankshaft pulley that as far as we know has not been previously replaced.
