Hi guy's, I have a cam belt to replace on an 04 plate Ducato 2 litre Turbo diesel. I will replace the water pump at the same time, I was wondering if anyone can tell me if the belt pulley's have pin locations or is it just a matter of getting the tippex out? I have done a search, but most of the post's relate to the 2.5 diesel which I assume is different. Thank's in advance.

Suggest you download the Ducato 2002-2006 eLearn workshop manual from the downloads section, it covers the 4 different engines, including yours, it will give a description of the procedure with what locating pins are needed to line up the pulleys etc.
The download is a rar file (113MB) from Rapidshare which contains a compressed ISO image file of the workshop manual which is then burnt using Nero or equivalent to a CD & is then installed on your computer.
The timing info is located in the procedures-engine unit-Belt timing system-R&R timing belt section after selecting your engine type. You will then have the other chassis related info for your model as well.
