I need some help in getting the correct front coil spring for my M reg. Hymer camper on Ducato LWB chassis - the engine is 2.5td.

I'd really appreciate a part number and info where I can buy the proper items.
I'm hoping that the coil springs fitted on these motors weren't specials !

There are two different springs and also different springs depending on the load capacity. Check the vin plate under the bonnet for the load capacity and chassis number.

Thanks, I've looked for the VIN on this camper for the last five years and all I can find is the Hymer body number by the side entrance door.
Can you give me a clue where this mystery VIN will be when I am looking at the engine ?

Usually to the left of the bonnet catch on the top crossmember possibly stamped on the drivers side wheel arch too under the trim. I've seen hymers with the factory weight x'ed out, cant remember if a revised carrying capacity was specified.
