hiya, I wondered if any one can help me, ive got a ducato 10 1.9 diesel non-turbo and cant find a book to help me with the timming marks and torque settings for the engine, mainly cylinder head. Would be most grateful if any one can help

Might need more specific info.about the van, but I have this info for a 1.9D:-

Cylinder head:
Stage 1 50 Nm
Stage 2 100Nm
Stage 3 90 degrees
Stage 4 90 degrees
Stage 5 M8=30Nm

thanks for that much appreciated. you would'nt know about the timing marks on the fuel pump would you on the pully there are two notches but cant find the tdc mark for it any info greatly received

hi again the van is a 1.9d swb ducato 10 modle no 230 version 1060 if any help

The year would help and then, depending on the year, the engine number. It seems to be > 1723290 or 1723291> are the significant numbers. The number '230' does get mentioned but no reference to '1060' that I can see.

I am looking at Autodata that belongs to someone else so don't have constant access. This only shows drawings so can't really help with exact locations of marks but the marks on the three pulleys; IP, CS and CA should all be at the top and align with adjacent marks somewhere on other engine parts: but that does probably depend on the exact engine.

thanks for that youve been a great help, everythings running ok,but now a new problem there seem to be a hole at the side of the exaust manifold put a new gasket on but no look ordered a new one from fiat just waiting for it, but this hole seems to have been part of the casting process, any thoughts,
