General ducato 2.8i.d.t.d temp/cooling problem

is there a slim chance anyone can help me with my ducato maxi regardless of the weather. temp gauge does not go above the third line,secondly i have no fans cutting in even though the temp warning light has come on.i have replaced the thermostat,flushed the engine twice,renewed fuses,rewnewed header tank cap,cleaned earthing points,renewed fan relays behind rad,the ecu has logged no faults and i must thank fiat for all there help.any way iam out of ideas is it poss that the fan switch in rad and the temp sensor in thermostat housing are both faulty?also what is the best way to bleed the cooling system.thanks

Does the fan motor acually work? That should be the first test you should do:D

take a peice of wire from your battery live and put it direct to your fan it should go if you dont want to spend alot of money just put a switch in line and you can switch the fan on has you please
