possible new servo/master cylinder depending on set up
and probably other parts ive not thought of.in short i would use it till your settled then replace it with a LHD vehicle TBH.
you could have other issues such as RHD parts that are not available locally
IMHO it's not worth all the effort and expense unless you can get a load of bits from a scrapper which, since yours is a 2004, you wouldn't want to be using old bits really. Better to flog it and buy a LHD if it's important to you. I think I'd rather put up with the minor inconvenience of not being able to see round vehicle in front quite as well rather than spend a fortune converting - just stay a bit further back ! I'm sure just the dash alone will be very expensive and it's at least a day's work on it's own. All the gear linkage may be different too since it's not in the centre of the vehicle. The wiring harnesses will be different for things like the controls on the steering column and pedal switches etc remembering that the 2004 is also drive by wire. Have I talked you out of it yet ??
