Hi!
I have a FIAT Ducato Camping-Car, 2.8 JTD VGT, 2005.
I want to install an alarm which can cut out fuel in case of theft.
My car has a switch from factory that does that; according to manual it’s in case of accident.
I would like to put the alarm cut off switch in series with this one.
I contacted my FIAT dealer and they told me it would damage the “centralina” (Car Control Unit) and affect the software in it.
Is that right? Why? It’s just TWO switches in series instead of ONE…
