I have found the the oil feeder pipe LHS to rocker box is leaking oil & wondered if there is anything I should know before tackling it, There is a Black Plastic box in front of it which looks electrical in nature. Many thnx for looking :slayer:

Do you mean Rocker cover?

I have a 2006 Fiat ducato with oil leak from rocker cover.
the seal/gasket had hardened.

I bought a new rubber seal and fitted it without sealant.
It's not perfect but better. Much less oil leak.

I tried to do this without sealant and use the standard gasket.
