If you coast down a hill - doesn't have to be a big one - even in a higher gear the display shows 143.2mpg, never any higher!

Must have changed it on the face lift (if you can call it that ) Dobbie as mine tops out at 99.9mpg too.

Doblo update: I got rid of the ol' Dobbin and bought an 03 SWB tranny instead Makes sense as I now have more room and less worries
Looks like this is the end of the road for Fiat and I as I've always been much happier with a reliable and predictable Ford.
Farewell my friends... I will miss you and all your Fiat woes like you wouldn't believe (I wouldn't believe it either )

Anyway, from what I've read on these threads, Doblos are generally very reliable. I think you were unlucky with yours.
