Hi All

It was lashing rain here on Friday and I once again realised how hard it is to see the driver's mirror through the window with all the rain water from the wipers. It just runs around the mirror at speed and its impossible to see out through it. It's a real pain for overtaking which is really easy with JTD power (y) I was thinking of trying Rain X, but so far it has just remained a thought as I've been cursing that feckin wiper set up

RainX or RainAway as it's now called is good stuff, it does work best however when there is some air to push away the droplets (ie. from your windscreen at motorway speeds) try it though you never know :)

Given the higher air flow along the side it should work better.
I have ALL windows and mirrors on both our cars done with it and it certainly helps.
As a side effect it is also easier to scrape the frost off!!

Thanks mens (y) Its great to hear from others who have used a product. I used Rain X years ago on an unnamed car on the windscreen (like in the picture on the bottle) and it was dangerous (n) When I used to wipers there was a smear following them over and back :bang: So on the motorway it was fine "Look at me I don't need wipers!!!:D :D :D " but it town impossible to see anything (n)

I'll give it a shot (y)
