I posted this in the FIAT section but got few responses, so....

Well the Doblo is officially the top rated FIAT in the JD Power survey. It came 102nd which isn't great, but it beat the rest. Now, if it could only outrank the Berlingo next year.

Isn't that survey only about reliability though? I'm not surprised if there are 101 cars more reliable than a Doblo. My rear wiper has packed in now and I saw another Doblo the other day driving around with the wipers stuck half way up the screen.

Out of interest, where did the Panda come? Or are there not enough of them around to be ranked?

No its more than that, I got this from the 'how is it done section on their site:

"takes every aspect of the car into account and is influenced most by reliability and vehicle quality, followed by vehicle appeal, then ownership costs, and finally dealer service."

So it would seem to be a measure of how owners feel about the whole experience of owning a particluar car.
