Ok well been driving the Doblo for a good month now if not more and I've found a few niggles with it, the usual ie. the indicator clicker not loud enough and going off when only turning the wheel slightly in the opposite direction. I'm willing to live with these as I love the car so much...

Theres just one thing that annoys me cause I can hear it even with the music up loud  I seem to have a squeaking coming from the back passenger side of the car. My first thoughts were the parcel shelf, took it out no improvement. Folded the seats down (it started just after I first did this) and it went away. So I put a bit of 3-in-one oil on every component of the seat that touches something else (ie. body fixings, between seat fixings) and it's still there but on and off! It was pretty obvious the seats hadn't been put down before so I'm guessing this is the problem.

Anyone else had this problem and got a solution? :)

do you have rear speakers? not loose due to vibration or anything as you said it occurs dur to vibration?

I suggest you get a friend to sit in the back to help trace the exact location of the squeak while you concentrate on driving. They will be able to push/pull/twist various parts of the interior to either silence or increase the squeak.

Failing that you could get some ear plugs :D

No it's not that kind of noise + it can be there when the music is off...

That is a good idea I've tried before, only problem is every time I put someone in the back or boot to listen 2 it I find it's magically gone and doesn't come back for days! Swear my car has a mind of it's own :p

Cheers :)

In that case it seems to be the seat at fault. Process of elimination is required. Get the friend to sit in the RH seat and see what happens. Then sit in LH seat. etc. If they have been movong about they could have sat on all,the bits!!

I have had my Doblo 1.3 about 18 months and I find the rear suspension helluva noisy and have had to have the roll bar underneath replaced.

Yeah, my rear suspension is really noisy, creaks like anything when going over speed bumps but fine in normal driving. The squeak is different though, and is there during small undulations in the road. It comes and goes now though, and since I got the sub I don't hear it at all :p

I think you will find that its the seats rubbing together when they are up. I get the problem now and again. Its a horrible noise.

I have had exactly the same thing. stops if rear lh seat is folded down so i reckon it must be the locking mechanism. I have also flooded it with wd40 but keeps coming back.

The fault has been found now to be the rear side windows (the ones that "pop" out) as if pressure is exerted on these windows when the squeaking is evident the squeaking stops. It does sound like the seat but it's not, at least not in my case.

I'm hoping to get it looked at under warranty as well as my "clicking" door :D

Thats interesting as I have had similar squeaks on 3 dr puntos, slight pressure on it & it stops, have you tried a film of oil/wd40 on the seal to see if it stops?

I'll remember this - however it does sounds like you have a more serious problem .... you've obviously not got your radio up loud enough:D

It sounds a bit like the advice given by Citroen for all those Pluriel buyers who complained about their leaking roofs - use petroleum jelly! It was so practical but the owners hit the roof.

I haven't tried anything yet cause I've been working so much no time :( but all is good now so I might have a crack at doing something about it this afternoon, and maybe even tackle my "clicking door" too :D

Captain_swing I have my music up too loud sometimes and I can still hear it, even with a subwoofer blasting away in the background :D
