Hi All

Can someone supply me with the torque level for a Doblo Cargo 1.9 D steel standard wheels please - workshop manual on order (CD) via ebay.

Doesn't come up under my searches.

Thanx very much in anticipation.:worship:

My CD says 86 Nm which is 63 lbft.

Thanks very much for that fido (y)

By chance does your CD show any great difficulty or major headache in changing the cylinder head gasket which I think is going to be my next job on the van.

I just did the head gasket on my 1.2 petrol and it was not too bad as there is quite a bit of space in the engine bay (compared to my previous Ford Courier which was a nightmare). I just had a quick look at the procedure for the diesel and it's much the same but you do have to drain the power steering and you need a special tool for getting the TDC spot on (less critical with petrol). The manual tells you to rig up a sort of crane to hang the engine off whilst the offside engine mounting is removed but that's only necessary if you have the vehicle raised up. I just put a jack under the engine. As with any servicing on the Doblo, you have to take the big plastic cover off the underside. I've not bothered putting mine back on as no other car I've had was fitted with such a cover.
