Hi all it’s been a long time since I’ve been on here but it’s come to the time of year and the old doblo is due it’s Mot .im in the process of welding new sills on and . after inspecting over the van I’ve noticed that When the engine is running the crank pulley is wobbly and has progressed to a very bad wobble . I know it needs to get sorted as it’s going to kick of soon and probably take out the timing belt .. the thing is I’m a home mechanic ( hobbyist ) and on my YouTube channel......Richards home mechanics.... I was going to Use the van as a project to film for my channel .. I replaced timing belt and water pump and tensioner s just over a year ago and did notice a slight wobbly then when it was reassembled.. the pulley was fine then as I inspected it before reinstalling but obviously over the year it’s got worse .. I was aware of there being a issue with the pulleys and rubber deteriorating ( anti vibration ) and causing this but I’m not convinced it’s this as I’ve had a look at the crank pulley in situ and it looks fine I’m wondering if there’s A Issue with the crank itself has any one had this issue ?? Also if anyone needs the instructions on how to change the the timing belt and how to lock up the engine I have it here ( fiat workshop information) I also have the engine locking kit you could borrow if needed
Thanks

Hi all
Wobbly crank sprocket All sorted after removal from the crank
I have discovered that the locating pin in the end of the crank was not
Quite Located correctly into the crank pulley.. This was down to me
When I did the timing belt replacement now all back together and no wobble .. now I’m on to exhaust I’ve got a blow in the flexible section I’ve gone to unbolt from the exhaust manifold and mr Quick fit has snapped a bolt in the manifold got to drill out the broken stud happy days
