The front and rear screen washers have failed on my 2012 263 Doblo.
There is a single fuse which was intact.

The relay for the washer could be heard operating, along with the wiper relay - the wipers work fine.

Wheel off and undo the mud shield and wheel arch liner. No need to remove it, just unhook it and fold it back over the disc.

There is only one washer motor - the polarity changes for front and rear screens.
Power was present, so the pump was levered out of the reservoir - best washing up bowl underneath to catch the fluid!
The pump was seized solid.

Replacement was sourced from ECP at £7. It was aftermarket so the terminals had to be changed, but not a problem as there is sufficient wire to crimp new connectors on. It was a VW fitment pump.
The rubber washer that fits in the reservoir was easy to get out, not so easy to replace with the new one! Squeeze with pipe pliers then ease it in with a screwdriver.
The new pump was slightly different, but clipped in the reservoir nicely and could be pressed home with a screwdriver.

An easy enough job to do.

I had similar with my sons Focus..

Freed the pump off.. as the shops were shut
