Hi, does anybody know if the mechanical adjustment on the top of headlamp unit (two screws) can manage beam adjustment for right hand driving in Europe?

No it can not do that.

The head light glass has lenses manufactured into it which alter the shape of the light beam emitted. So it is not just a case of "pointing " the lights differently.

How long are you driving in Europe for?

I have a left-hand steered Doblo, and before the pandemic i planned to visit the UK and Ireland this year. So, i investigated the plot and found out that it is not possible to ajust a right side beamer system to driving on the left by adjusting:
So, i doubt that that is possible the other way round.
You'll have to tape it. BTW: The one pond stuff you can buy on the ferry is simply unusable. You better get your van in front of a wall and tape the asymmetrical dipped beam away yourself by trial and error.

Thanks, I feared that would be the case. Only going to Italy and back.
