Hi all, got a problem with the front doors that are not opening with the key fob on my 2015 (facelift) Doblo

Details as follows

1- Pressing the front door open button on the key fob flashes the indicators twice (normal sign for everything fine) but the front doors do not open.Cargo doors make a slight noise but don't open.

2 - Pressing the middle button on the fob - all locks shut fine including the 2 front non opening doors.

3 - Opening drivers door with key - opens fine - all other doors stay shut - this may be normal

4 - Lifting the internal door open lever on the drivers door opens the drivers door but nothing else - this may be normal

5 - The problem has only appeared after battery went very low after the van has stood for a couple of weeks. Battery voltage was down to 3V. Jump started the van numerous times but kept stalling when external power removed. Charged battery and van now running but with this fault.

6 - To try and flush the Body control module of any issue I have disconnected the car battery and touched the leads together to discharge any residual power.Done this numerous times including a 12 hours stretch.

7 -On both front doors i have visually checked (briefly) the multi plug door to pillar connectors and sprayed with contact cleaner.
Also individually left each one disconnected to see if anything was dragging down the voltage in the door. may not be a valid test if the BCM needs to see the door.

The fact that the van indicators flash shows the BCM is receiving the signal OK but for some reason its output to the front doors is not doing the job.
Would be good if i could get a wiring diagram but after hours of searching its looks a lost cause.
Anybody got any idea of what may be going on.Is there anything else i can do before giving in and trailing off to to a specialist.

Hi, unfortunately everything looks fine, which is really annoying as I need a sign ? Ordered a MES to see if I can open the doors via the output menu. Should be able to deduce if it's software related or a hardware (relays/wiring) issue .

Have you tried the old trick of putting key in ignition, turning ignition on to bring up all the lights then press the button on the fob four or five times?
Or, the other one is to put the key in the door lock, turn the key and press the button a few times whilst keeping the key turned?

No joy with MES so abandoning that line of thought.

Has anyone an thoughts of breaking into the rear door lock/unlock circuit and using that control to unlock the front doors.
Maybe just 1 signal wire that reverses in polarity to lock or unlock.
The rear "cargo" doors have their own unlock button on the remote.
There is no alarm on the van so possibly no reason for it not to work.
Next step if its a goer is finding a wiring diagram :bang:
