Yes..I had thought that the lines were reversed...so switched over still the same result...
On the Pic right side of bias are 13mm connectors from master...
Left side are 11mm to rear wheels slaves.
I only had to change one line 11mm side so couldn't have mixed/crossed..
I tried gravity/pedal pumping & pressure bleed... nothing out of left 11mm side of valve regardless of levers position...
Just to re advise...valve number 3!!

On your pic are the two pipes closest to camera and so the lever both from master cylinder?

Great news thats all wrong !
Which explains problems

Have you a brake suction pump, it takes a lot of pressure to get brake fluid flowing again, another simple idea is just fill up brake fluid bottle, take off bleed nipples on rear callipers, and just leave it to flow down itself, will take a while, but if you have buckets under callipers for spillage, its worth a try.

I'm thinking one pipe from master cylinder to bias valve meant to have different size fittings to make sure braking system diagonally split, so in case of one circuit failing you don't just get braking on one side.
That is to say pipe from
left front circuit size A fittings
So rear right circuit has size A fittings
.
Pipe from Front right and rear left have size B.

I've looked on eper too.
The two pipes nearest camera should both be from master cylinder.
The two pipes further from camera go to each wheel.

The way you have it plumbed up you can't bleed any fluid because master cylinder pipe are connected together.

Looking from rear camera position the further away right hand pipe goes to rear right hand wheel.

The further away left hand pipe goes to rear left wheel.

That's only if pipes from master cylinder end up being connected as fiat intended

If that's the case couldn't have ever worked...I replicated original setup mythodical...
With only two pipes I could have switched..
Wow.. could you send link ..fyi 2002 1.9 doblo cargo !

disconnect and remove right pipe furthest from camera, pump pedal and see if get fluid from bias valve empty pipe hole.

Look at it this way since you have had van there has been no rear brake wear what so ever.
Unless you have driven with hand brake on (-:

Well I guess that's a bonus..
Boggles me how to it has passed previous MOT's..
But do recall tester opening rear doors to check load..(always empty)..checked handbrake n passed..?!?!?
I will try your piping layout tmoz..
Keep you posted.... thanks...

Very strange as far as I was aware both front and rear brakes should be tested for efficiency and for inbalance as part of the mot
So if you had no rear brakes it should have failed?

Yes it should have failed having no rear brake at all

I've had van 11yrs..never replaced rear shoes/drum's...be interesting conditions..
I'll be posting outcome... tmoz..
Thanking you all for assistance ???

Didn't get chance yesterday..
So bright and early this morning I'm pleased to say... thanks to your assistance SORTED...I now have to console myself and accept I made a booboo..numpty!
??????

That's great news , huge thank you for letting us know((-:

How many miles have you driven in 11 years? If you do check rear shoes please post picture.

Thinking about it probably good idea to check rear shoes unless van was very low miles when you first got it.
