Is there a diagnostic connection plug on the Doblo Cargo 2005 1.9.
If so where is it located.

There will be..

Look near the drivers knee fusebox

On my LHD it is right besides the door in the fusebox under the dashboard on the left hand side. I assume that yours is a RHD, so it will be on your right hand side at the bottom of the fusebox right besides the door.
