I sellect first gear on manual doblo gear box but when i release cluch i hear a noise like gears not turning and car does nor moving what you think the problem is .In the service shop the mechanic lifted the car up selected gear released cluch and wheels were turning, when lowered car on the ground same problem continued.

That could be the clutch or less probable the flywheel or one drive shaft joint.
Same in 2nd gear?
Sounds like a mechanical failure..
