ive had my doblo for almost 7 months now. the clutch has always been very low and it grinded into reverse. 6 months later 4th gear went made a massive clunck and just pops out when i try use it a couple weeks later 3rd and 5th went making the van basically un drivable, thinking i knew what it was i ordered a refurbished box on eBay and a new clutch kit. After installing it and bleeding the clutch all gears work now except 3rd that still pops out under load and it also has a slight grind into 4th

This made me think that it could have been the gear linkage needing adjusted (i don't know how to adjust it properly without possibly making it worse)

but my mate thinks it could be the synchromesh on the refurbished box

i don't want to message the company who sent me the box straight away incase it is just the gear linkage that's to fault

Any suggestions on how to adjust the gear cables?

Hi.

If you have some issues still.. then the cables could well be playing a part.

Look for wear in the joints.. they are often nylon lined.

While you are looking.. double check the engine and gearbox mounts.. as they also play a part.
