Fiat doblo 1.9d cargo van ( 2002 )

The crank pulley is wobbly when running but is not making any noise is this a common issue with these engines the actual crank doesn’t seem to have any play I’ve read that some fiat pulleys have rubber inserts that cushion the pulley while it rotates and the rubber could have gone bad
Can anyone advise please
