Hello can anyone give me an idea of renewing the setup of the spring on the load sensing valve

Been having major issues with my doblo cargo load sensing/proportional valve.. still not resolved my issue..
However your question RE spring setup is a little vague... can you elaborate

I have had numerous comments from mot inspectors that something was not right with the valve it's not seized so I'm guessing the tension spring not adjusted properly so I purchased a new upgraded one from a seller on ebay he says as long as there is no tension on the spring when the van is unladen it should be OK I was just looking on the forum for other members thoughts on this

Can only advise that adjustment needs testing to ensure rears are breaking at required forces per manufacturers spec..

Fitted a new valve to mine last month, a new valve comes with a tight band compressing the spring to a fixed length, you fit the spring in the compressed state then remove the band, and jobs done, tested on brake tester and it’s spot on. If l still have the band l could stick it in the post for you, will check in morning to see if l still have it.
