Technical doblo screenwash bottle

hi, i need a new screenwash bottle [split] looking on ebay there seems to be several types..its for a 2002 1.9 TD...does anyone know what years this bottle went up to before it changed...dont want to take it out yet, as it looks a pig of a job, and dont want to be left with no screenwash while i try to find one...thanks
