Hi all. I have a Doblo 1.9 JTD SX (53) with a problem I believe may be attributed to the master cylinder but as this my first Fiat I am not too sure.

I have just had the DMF and Clutch assembly fitted at a local garage. Had this done because the clutch pedal went right to the floor before disengaging the gearbox. The pedal only came up about .5/1” before gears engaged. My experiences with replacing clutches on several makes of car told me that the clutch was worn out, hence replacing the DMF & clutch assembly.

How ever the clutch pedal still goes to the floor and doesn’t always disengage the gearbox. Sometimes I can select reverse but usually with a bit of force (grinding) and sometimes it comes out of gear first time or I have to force it out or stop the engine.

The car has been to the garage who fitted the new clutch and dmf 3 times to be bled but always comes back with the same problem.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I need to get this sorted and car running correctly prior to doing work for a local charity. Other than this the car is in excellent condition for the year.
Thanks in advance.

Can any one help me to identify the correct clutch master and slave cylinders for my Doblo 1.9 JTD SX?

I have searched on the internet and ebay and told two models of each fit my car. I wouldn’t like to purchase the wrong ones and have to send them back again.

Any help would be very much appreciated

Thanks in advance

Managed to find the correct cylinders so thanks to all who replied.
Can anyone tell me how many flex pipes there are in the clutch system? I want to check if these have gone porous and letting in air to the system.
Many thanks

I have located two pipes, one from master cylinder that connects to metal pipe approx 8 inches long and there is the one that connects to the clutch slave. can anyone advise the I.D of these two flex pipes so I can get the right one without stripping the system first
Many thanks
