I have problem with my Doblo 1,4L 57kw 8v petrol engine.
Problem is that I cannot raise engine revolutions, the engine also starts hard.
Ecu dose not report any problems with engine (no faults codes).

The accelerator pedal does not respond, or some times rises rpm slightly.

Maybe someone can help with my problem.

I assume your van has a potentiometer for the throttle pedal rather than a throttle cable.

Have you had a look if something has disconnected at the pedal?

Finaly manages to find the problem, it turns out guilty was the crank shaft pulley. (take lock at picture) before that I replaced the crankshaft sensor. but as you understand it didn't help, and only after removing the belt, was clear what happened.

Is this a game of spot the difference? Your keyway is missing, am I right. Has the new pulley fixed it.
Has this not caused internal engine damage through interference.

you are right keyway is missing, new pulley fixed problem. As far as I can tell the engine is fine, no damage was done. I think ignition only jumped through just a few teeth.
